When will my hosting be activated?
All hosting accounts are activated same day, usually within a couple of hours after receiving the payment for your account (this is sometimes dependant on anti-fraud checks). You will receive an initial e-mail containing your hosting details. If you haven't received this e-mail after at least an hour, then please contact our support team who can assist further.
Will you move my files to my new hosting for me?

We will certainly provide support for any issues or problems from using our service, but if you need any other advice or web service other than hosting (custom script install, SSL, web development, e-commerce development, site management), we will charge you accordingly to our regular web service price list.
